The Making of Under Lock & Key, page 5 (Patreon)

When I showed this page to Peculiar Changeling, first thing he noticed was how the first panel resembles the first panel of the first page a lot.

And yet, as this script page proves, that was never the intention! I had planned on a more zoomed out version. Had even sketched it so at first, but the panel felt empty, so I was like "Let's zoom in! Yeaaaaah, faaaaaaar better!". And..... it never occurred to me that it started looking like the first panel of the chapter a lot that way.

You can compare the panels if you like, you'll notice I've not copied and pasted them! ^_^
