December Sketch Reward #2 (Patreon)

The second Sketch Reward this month is for Sierra! She's gotten everything she needs for Christmas! Secretly, it's also what she wants, but she'll never admit that. ^_^
Looks like other presents under the tree include an enema kit and a bat for blistering her bum. Like I said: Santa knows what little Sierra's need. ^_^ 

What was that you ask? Was she naughty this year? Oh no, she was exceptionally nice, actually! Imagine what she'll get next year, for the tantrums she is about to give over this year's presents. ;-)
