The poll this month was won by non other than Peculiar Changeling.

It's funny: the drawing was inspired by a short story of his, which was in turn inspired by an idea for a drawing I had, but never got around to drawing (I still might some time, as this wasn't what I originally had in mind). 

I love it when one thing inspires the next. It's what's great about collaborating with someone you just click with as well. :-)
