When is the best time for a sketch request stream? (Patreon)

I'm just wondering when the best time for a sketch request stream would be.

Please note that although the sketches are only for $10 dollar tiers, all patrons will be welcome to join, and since I may do some extra things at streams like this if I can, I would recommend you to do so if you can. :-) 

I live in Holland, so times are all in CET time zone, though I've added EST (New York time) for good measure.
