Conduit Boy captured (Patreon)

This was sketched at my most recent stream, and it was requested by Ani Delos. He seems to have water manipulating abilities, but those are neutralised by the cuff device he's wearing. He doesn't seem too phased though, so I'm sure he'll find a way out. ^_^
