Hi, all!

We're seven days into April, wow! Time flies when you're having...whatever the hell this is *gestures outside*

Anyway, let's start with the basics!

1. Patron Rewards were officially sent out! A few hundred of you were sent a code for a free audiobook edition of Last of Her Kind, so make sure you check your messages. I set the reward level at $150 for that. It will eventually publish on ACX/Audible, I just don't know when. Otherwise, it can be purchased at Wet Leaf Press.

And if you think I missed you, please comment below. Do not message me, I have legit broken the messaging system with the sheer load (stop giggling Ai) of reward messages.

2. D&H 20 is well under way! I hope to be done early next week so I can get HFHM 102 (or whatever chapter I'm on, geez) started. I actually took a solid week off at the end of March, and it seriously helped me get my thoughts organized for the direction I want to take Book 7. I don't want to say I was approaching burnout, but will admit that I had some stuff from my personal life that was absolutely invading my thoughts during writing time. I actually had some writing sessions interrupted twenty minutes in only to lose that time, which stressed me out.

3. Pirates! That's right, kiddos, we've been battling pirates (again) this month. Usually, pirates just steal my shit and post it, and any attempt at getting it taken down looks like this:

Us: Take down, pls
Them: (if they respond) No, fuck u

However, these pirates actually signed a contract with a 'publishing' company that puts everything on an app and then lets people pay money to unlock chapters. The company ignored our DMCA email, so the Head Goblin himself went straight to the app store and got them involved. Considering that two separate authors lifted my chapters straight off of Lit and sold identical material to the app, it should be fairly open and shut. For now, the stolen material has been taken down, so we're hoping it stays that way. Right now, the company is waiting on an explanation from both of its contracted authors, who I'm guessing will try to claim they are me.

So on that note, I would like to state that I am not Esther Ijeoma Ogbonna, Onum Winner Ifeanyi, nor have I contracted ANY of my work with Joyread, UREAD GLOBAL PTE. LTD, or BravoNovel. All of my contracts go EXCLUSIVELY thru Wet Leaf Press LLC.

Also, fuck you.

4. Master Class 2 and Master Class 3 have been experiencing a phenomenal preorder period. In fact, we've already unlocked audiobooks for both!

As of today, we only need 470 more preorders of Book 3 to guarantee we close out the series with book 4. Pretty excited for that! But don't forget we have a new series coming as well called Succubus Summoner! I've gone ahead and smithed up some artwork of the covergirl for you.

I was going to make some more, but was afraid it would be habit forming.

In the interest of going with the times, maybe the "Summon Succubus" and "Summon Incubus" spells should be changed to the gender neutral "Summon Fuccubus" :D (Yes, that's a joke, before people start yelling at me :P )

And way to go Patreon on translating ascii to html and back to ascii...

I've no idea what my patron reward level is at now. Could you please check? Also, best of luck with the pirates!

Hey! Thanks for all this news. I love your progress. Keep doing your amazing work and take care

Oh, pirates just suck. I am very sorry that everything turned out this way and they even managed to actually sign a contract with a 'publishing' company. It's just outrageous
