Hi all!

I just wanted to drop in and let you know that I am wishing a huge Happy Turkey Day to those of you who celebrate!

Every year, it's a tradition in the Hawthorne house to reminisce on what we are thankful for. Since I can't exactly out myself to the extended family and in-laws, I'll say it here. I am so thankful for you and for all that we've accomplished these last four years!

Starting tomorrow (or very late tonight), I will have more autographed copies of HFHM for sale over at my website. There will also be some sales on an ebook bundle pack and the audiobook. You'll want to stop by early in the morning if you want an autographed copy, because I'm letting everyone know around noon tomorrow to maximize sales.

I hope you get the opportunity to spend some time with loved ones this weekend, and I'll see you again very soon!

I'm an American. They don't know what month or day the first Thanksgiving was, but they know the year. It was sometime in the fall of 1621. Could have been October. There wasn't another official Thanksgiving until George Washington, as President, declared November 26, 1789, to be a day of thanksgiving and prayer. Anyways, that's how I understand it from historians here. Maybe it's close to correct.

I think Definitely was just poking a little fun. Probably Canadian like me. In Canada it's celebrated on the second Monday of October.
