Rewards Sent + Other News (Patreon)

Hi all!

Okay, so here's the first bit. I just sent out rewards letters. Check your messages. If you think you failed to get a reward, comment below so I can get you sorted. For those who are new, it isn't an automated process and mistakes will be made.

Here's a brief synopsis of what's going on with me and Wet Leaf Press.

1. Encountered a few hiccups with the sale of the Hardcover editions, but think we have streamlined most of the process. Signing so many books in a row was fun for me, but we will have a slight delay before we do it again. USPS rates just went up this week, so adjustments need to be made on our end to do it again. Will likely do something again before Halloween.

2. Book 3 is almost ready to publish. Just waiting to get final edits back from Lyss, whose home got eaten by a tornado. Her delay is our delay, but she's worth the wait. Book 3 will release in Hard edition, paperback, and ebook simultaneously. Small chance we do autographed copies thru Wet Leaf Press, depends on the timeline.

3. Speaking of homes getting eaten, we have a new tier for those of you with more money than sense. By request, a bigger tier has been added to Patreon. Other than some cosmetic Discord benefits, it's really just for people who want to contribute more.

4. On the topic of delays, some small progress has been made on the 2nd Audiobook. Amber's star keeps rising, which means she is traveling constantly to gigs and conventions to build momentum for her own career. It's frustrating for us, but we're proud of how much she has accomplished. It'll get done eventually.

5. While processing reward letters, I am constantly humbled by the generosity of my Patrons. Many of you are on a budget, and a ton of you who have been here for almost three years just earned your 2nd Special Edition. Thank you for sticking it out with me, I'm going to continue to work hard to deserve all of you.

6. Speaking of working hard, I am struggling a bit with the final chapter. I hope to do a double release this month, but quality over quantity. There's a lot to wrap up (obviously) and I'm just having some pacing issues is all. Hopefully I get some downtime this week to pursue a solid ending for Book 5.

7. Once Book 3 releases, Dead and Horny will officially go into editing for release.
