There are some places even the gods can't reach. That's when they send the Messengers. These beings were created to serve their creators but they do have a free will. There are many stories about "angels from the sky" falling in love with mortal humans. But they're just fantasies of poor and unlucky people...

Depending on what type of message the gods want to tell, they will send a different Messenger. If it's good news, you will be visited by a nice and peaceful being. But if it's bad... Well, you will know when it's bad.
