This script is set in a world where Orc men use lesser races like elves and men as cock-sleeves. The meta-idea is that the Orc's produce a pheromone that makes lesser races completely submit. In this script, the progressive Orc speaker reassures his elf boyfriend (Listener) that they won't stay long at the party but there is "an expectation" that he will be "presented" in a certain way (strapped to his chest and fucked). The Orc doesn't expect that the "birthday ogre" will be so adamant to use him as he pleases but low and behold he's into it, and so is the elf-listener!
