Used to be one of the largest black cities The main reasons so many people left Baltimore were because of how crime ridden it was, how awful the school system was and how expensive quality of life was relative to other areas. Of course it’s also famous for it’s history of corrupt politicians (especially mayors) with an almost comical number of failures by the city counsel to protect residents and reign in law enforcement Also More Iraq references, the dealers calling their product "WMDs" (weapons of mass destruction)
