Girls they are not going to put all the Belt on Nauvoo . They are just retrofitting it into warship . Largest warship in the system ..it's like flag ship of the Belter navy .

This is something thats explained in the books but not the show, but the Belter population is somewhere between 50 million and 100 million, with the 50 million number being Earths estimate and the 100 million being the more accurate OPA estimate. Most Belters live on the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, with 45 million and 20 million respectively. Ceres is the largest Belter station that isnt on a moon, with 6 million people, and Eros had about 1.5 million prior to the protomolecule being released there. Earths population is around 30 billion, and Mars has about 4 billion.

Numbers are different in the show . Eros in the show is 100 000 I think not even close to book levels . I think they also lowered some numbers later in season 5 from book when... well you guys know what happened there don't want to make spoilers . Anyhow yes agree books have it in more detail .

Side note: you'll never get tired of the opening :) The writing is really tight and efficient so it's easy to miss some things, the way Fred said it was the Nauvoo will serve an important role for "the Belter nation" regarding it's size it's nearly 2.5km long. Take care

Jupiters moon where Mei and stuff are is called 'Io' (eye-o) but a few episodes ago they referred to the Jupiter "AO" which means 'Area of Operation'

The Nauvoo was turned off after "missing" Eros, but it was still proceeding on the extension of the course they had set her. All they had to do is calculate the (now constant) speed it had when they turned off the drives and extend it by the path travelled to figure out where it was located to intercept and recover it. Or might even just have had a locator beacon that they could've tracked. Anyway, SUPER-Stoked at the combo 2-episodes coming up. My all-time favorites in visual story telling. Can't wait for the reaction, esp. in light of all the reactions that have happened so far.
