In BB when Jesse and Walt take Saul out to the desert to scare him Saul says: "No it wasnt me it was Ignacio (Nacho Varga)" and "Lalo didnt send you"? I like that we got a new show where these unknown characters plays a big part.

Saul mentioned being twice divorced in BB too, which strongly implies that he and Kim never got divorced.

10% of bail is what you pay a bail bondsman - a bail bondsman puts up the full amount but get's it all back when their client shows up for trial. the court wants the full 7 million, not 10%

That shot of jimmy sitting down and then suddenly being standing up talking is such a brilliant transition. He is just in auto pilot, and he really doesn't want to help Lalo get out. You see the little smug look on Jimmy's face when the judge sets the bail at 7 million bc he thinks that Lalo won't be able to pay it. It makes this much sadder that Jimmy does have a conscious and is now being forced to help these guys

Potential theory/spoiler for Season 6: ... That scene where Jimmy and Kim get married at the start of this episode has a lot of strange incidents which suggest there's something going on they're not telling us. Kim says 'looks that way' when he says they're getting married. And then she's shown looking over the forms in a weird way in the foreground when Huell is suggesting to Jimmy they go on a honeymoon. Then when they're saying the vows, the judge says 'hmm no middle name'. That seems like an odd line to keep in unless it has some significance. Theory is that Kim has setup a scam marriage of a sort and will somehow get back at Jimmy for betraying her trust in the previous episode. How or why she's doing this, or even whether Jimmy is in on it or not, is yet to be seen. But that marriage scene definitely left clues that not everything is as it seems.

I've argued against this theory in the BCS subreddit so many times, I'm tired lol. It makes no sense for Kim to want to scam Jimmy. She's a very complex character and sometimes hard to understand but one thing I think the show has made very clear is her absolute love and devotion for Jimmy. She knows the kind of person he is, she's ALWAYS known, and she accepts him regardless. Yes he betrayed her but she still wants to be with him anyway, and getting married was her way of 'solving' their communication problems. I would go into more detail but I can't, really, until we finish season 5. I think people are reading too much into the courthouse scenes. If Kim really were to scam Jimmy I'm certain the show would drop a lot more foreshadowing about it (something more significant than having to pause and look closely at a blurry background to see what Kim is doing). because otherwise it would come out of left field. IMO it would be a very dumb "twist" and I'd absolutely hate it if they go in that direction, lol!
