Years before being on BCS the guy who plays Daniel Wormald used to go on local morning news shows pretending to be a guy named K-Strass the Yo Yo Man, who supposedly did demonstrations at public schools teaching environmentalism to kids through the art of yo yo tricks. The car he drives in BB was shown in the opening credits to this episode. Also, in season 1 episode 1 when we first see him get into his yellow car, the car next to his was the same model and color of the car in BB.

I think Kim also said, "I cannot hear about these kinds of things ever again" because deep down she knows Jimmy will do it again so she doesn't want him to tell her when he does. Jimmy's silence throughout the whole thing really spoke volumes too as he had no defense or regret for his actions since it all worked out in the end.
