The relationships on this show were horribly written. It's a mess. It's almost like they wanted to avoid the "shipping war" that engulfed the fandom during the original series by writing them horribly this time around. I cringe every time I watch it....and Mako suffers as a character because of it. It's just weird. Honestly if it was all cut completely from the show, you wouldn't lose anything. But that's just the way I see it.

I 100% get wat u are saying I'm not trying to be that guy but as a black man in the south (age 25) I can say that these relationships are realistic I see them in everyday life. ya they are annoying but we see the love in these types of ships, also I agree that they are cringe but horrible written no I think u mean too realistic cuz I have a sister that acts just like Korra but I love her to death and she loves me its just all about balance in the end sorry for the rant or if it seem like I was coming for you not my intentions.

Jinora is 11! i think Ikki is right around 8. i can't wait for the next episode!

You guys underestimate the children. Tenzin's kids most likely have just as much knowledge as him about airbending, at least Jinora does since she's his oldest. Also, a lot of time, you guys talk about how Korra is just always in the avatar state, but that is because she mastered it and unlocked all her Chakras. The only reason Aang couldn't is that he couldn't let katara go and unlock the last one until the end.
