This episode is soooooo good!

I love this episode for all the reasons you guys talked about. It's also the first time we see Azula AS an actual 14 year old, with no clue how to talk to guys or behave socially. Of course she approaches it in her own way, but it's fun to see. It's also a great episode for Zuko of course. Season 3 is just so good. Also, that cumbustion-bending sound effect! It never gets old.

I have been trying to find out why I like and remember way better ATLA the the legend of Korra and I think this is the answer. The characters are so well written and they feel real.I mean the plot is really good but I could watch an entire season of just characters talking and interact.

So how have your opinions changed from before you started watching the show to now? What do you look forward to in this book? Any predictions? I feel like this series basically just gets better with at most a couple of plateaus, but never gets worse.

I just found out that the baby that iroh was holding was zuko and his son was making the sand castle with him 🥺

Korra does a lot that I like, it has a lot of things going for it and expands the world in interesting ways, but it's also frustrating because there's so much wasted potential. It's one of those shows that part of me really loves, while the other part just finds it frustrating because it could have been so much better. Whereas with ATLA, I love pretty much everything about it. I don't know if the girls are going to watch Korra, but I'd be interested to see what side of the coin they fall on.

So I just wanted to point out a fun fact: in the first episode of season three the water tribe stole a ship from Chan’s (the teens who had the party) dad. If you remember they say “admiral Chan is on leave at ember island.” Yes, I have seen this show that many times😂😂😂
