I think this is went I starting to see some of the issues some people and me that have with this show.. I feel we have been rehearsing the same beats over and over again..the fast editing and chaotic kitchen montage with music is starting to get a bit stale tbh. Story wise I feel we are not really progressing a lot either.. we got some good moments with Marcus at the beginning but that gets lost for me once we get to the other parts of the episode. I like the bear when we focused more on the characters than the chaos that we already seen multiple times. That’s just me.

Whole point of the chaos this episode is showing that Carm isn't really addressing the core problems with himself and the restaurant, just trying to leave them behind and barrel forward. Trying to brute force success. He thought having this brand new restaurant marked a clear divider between before and after. Like Richie said in the second episode, he's just running.
