If anyone wants to appreciate Frieren more, there’s this German guy who made a video explaining the meaning behind all the names in Frieren (which are all German). It adds so much more for the characters imo. The video is timestamped and chronological, so he goes by names as they come up each episode so if you’re worried about spoilers for later episodes it’s easy to know when to stop watching. It's funny that someone took the effort. But I find it a bit too overloaded and with the analysis there is somehow too much information. I'd rather see the two of them understand the characters themselves with the help of the translation.
