Don't twist everything. Yes, that's what it means, but just how it was explained seconds later, that rage that illumi showed was the reason hisoka tells that, in order to tell killua where they are. Its not that hisoka goes around asking if he can do sex with their brothers. I understand he is psycho and all, but it's not right to not twist things since as it was explained, the intention was to gint killua where they are
