In many ways a fitting episode to end S2 on- Red Claw from the very first episode returns for the finish. As befits the quiet capable butler Alfred's SAS background is doled out in small, fleeting teases in the comics, also getting some exposure in the Gotham TV series. Sodium pentothal is the usual go-to truth serum drug in fictionland, and it does exist just isn't as effective as shown in many TV shows. You'll probably hear a lot of good and bad about S3, but I feel there's a lot more good to it than bad. It's still the show we all fell in love with, just with an art style change to bring it more in line with the Superman/Justice League series and reduce animation errors. Well Meg you saw the last S2 episode of Batman TAS! Alfred went to London England to help out an old friend only to end up in Red Claw's clutches. However as you said Alfred was hanging in there being a former British government agent man. Also Red Claw looked a little more hot than she did before in the very first episode.
