Tokyo PD Blue. Higuchi is a good example of a less clever person than Light messing up with the Death Note and forced to flee. Batman is such a far-ranging mythos that any detective story is going to have some overlap with him. I believe Youtube has a theoretical analysis video determining if Batman could catch Kira, but I haven't watched it. I'd wager no.
