Happy you watched it, loved your reaction! This movie was released after season 1 of the show as a bridge for introducing Vesemir, Kaer Morhen, the reason why there was so few Witchers left before Season 2. Since Netflix seems willing to expend and make more Witcher related content I would say that we can expect more, but for now, only the prequel Blood Origin who will tell the Conjunction of the Spheres 1200 before the show, due for December and the Season 3 expected next year. Unless I misunderstood, you seemed yo think CDPR where involved, but they're not. So it will all depend of Netflix.
