Y'all made me cry with the first episode of this series! I didn't realize how much this show meant to you. I'm grateful to everyone who recommended it.

HBO lists this as the second episode, and then The Flying... Leather? Or something as episode 3. A patron mentioned that the order varies based on release and production. From what I've gathered, it's not too important story-wise, so we'll keep going in HBO's order!

Thank you again!!!! Hope the countdown and timer help!

Adore this series didn't get to this story arc until a little later in the season as the first Ep to release was Leather Wings but what you're watching is indeed the Chronological order. Mask of the Phantasm is set sometime in early Season 1 but has flashbacks post Season 1 so it would be a good idea to jump into Mask of the Phantasm as it does give you insight on Origin elements kind of like the Batman Begins of the series. Redclaw is an original character created for this show who then appeared like 30 years later in a comic. But like some other characters she's one of the many created for this show. Marvel also has their own animated universe from the 1990s listed down below. These were all set in the same universe making reference to each other like Spider-Man mentioning the Fantastic Four and at times even crossed over with each other. The DCAU and the Marvel shared animated universe all released at the same time so it's unclear if this movie inspired one or the other but regardless it gave birth to one of the best decades of animated superhero shows with X-Men, Spider-Man, and Batman being some of the greatest shows in the 1990s. X-Men: The Animated Series (1992-1997) Iron-Man: The Animated Series (1994-1996) Fantastic Four: The Animated Series (1994-1996) Spider-Man: The Animated Series (1994-1998) Ultraforce (1995) The Incredible Hulk (1996-1997) Silver Surfer: The Animated Series (1998) Spider-Man Unlimited (1999-2001) The Avengers: United They Stand (1999-2000) Out of all of these I highly recommend X-Men: The Animated Series and Spider-Man: Animated Series. The other are still really good but these two are just next level.

I'm really enjoying sitting down and just watching some cartoons with you! It's just a lovely way to switch off my brain and enjoy some Batman :)
