Iida being the final person and being able to reach his hand out was a parallel to the Bakugo rescue mission. Deku knew it had to be Kirashima to reach his hand out since he was closet to Bakugo since they had started school, and here it’s Iida’s turn for Deku since he is Deku’s closest friend. It’s all a parallel all the way down to the more giant ice ramp which is also a call back to the Bakugo rescue mission

since this season is close to done I was wondering if you'd be willing to fill in the gap rewatching some of the MHA highlights? i.e. the USJ fight in season 1 , Deku v Shoto in the festival , Stain , United States of smash etc.
