Gonna have to say just drop re:zero dude, slower dialogue heavy shows are not your thing and it shows hard.

I dont think he should stop the show because of the first 2 episodes, it's just if there is so much dialogue with so much repetition and little headway, it doesn't feel like a good investment of time.

yall are trippin. He's right about being annoyed about suburu not asking questions. Sure hes not as sympathetic about what he does and what questions are asked, but subs is a fucking idiot with alot of stuff in late game that he should be aware of and asking. I am a LN reader, and every complaint he is making in this reaction is legit

It sucks since this is in my top 5 anime, but if you're not enjoying these moments its better to watch something that you enjoy. Episode 33 when he can speak about Return by Death is easily one of the highlights of the season, but since it was a let down then you're not going to be impressed by the show going further. I mean people could write books about Subaru etc. but if you're not emotionally invested then the show isn't for you. Just on your annoyance when he revives after the Rabbit incident - in the actual novel, Subaru was having compulsive seizures before meeting Echidna again. It's like saying torture is fine since you'll get healed. Just to piggyback off of that, I've had to live through a lot of people dying in my family, even if its mainly through old age it never gets easier, and I hope it doesn't. Just be prepared when you get blasted on Youtube when this drops there lol

Lol guys, it’s not like I’m not enjoying it, it’s just not as good as people seem to express it to me. Secondly the idea that I’m not into deep dialog stories is kinda hilarious. Stories are stories some of my most favorite movies of all time are heavy in dialog. Lastly the idea that some of you assume that I haven’t dealt with mental challenges is the reason why I can’t empathize is kinda funny, especially when your assumption couldn’t be further from the truth. Not all stories resonate with everyone the same.

That's great, I'm just saying that you shouldn't feel locked into watching it if you're not enjoying it. Re:Zero fans are getting as bad as MHA fans, so maybe clarify on YouTube before the 1000 word essays start flying into the comments. But more comments means better YouTube algorithm so you could let it happen anyway 😂

Chill guys, a viewer can be as invested as they want to be. He's saying his perspective on the situations that are unfolding and what's relatable to what he expects from an MC or the storytelling involved. We're all guilty of that at some point, bashing him on accusations based on his reactions vs your reactions is a little much. Take this from a big fan of Re:Zero, it's okay if somebody doesn't have the same opinion of how great the show's developments/characters are.

Yea man love re but some things in season 2 have been real hit or miss, honestly. Just finding it a little harder to care about the characters this season, compared to season 1. Still excited to see where it goes. Starting the unadapted this week.
