forgot to say before, leo and noelle used spells that should have been shown after they already started the training in the heart kingdom, the director Yoshihara apologized to anime/manga fans and as well as tabata and his editor since tabata will only be really overseeing the training arc which takes place in heart, yoshihara misunderstood how runes work and didnt check up quick enough with tabata and his editor unfortunately and by time he quickly checked leos mistake this episode would have been in its final stages of production so they couldnt change anything(133-136 was made before quarantine but they have a schedule they need to follow so they had to proceed to the next episodes). Also its not a new spell its still her sea dragons cradle but it was made with runes which is the same we saw gaja and leo use, so just a buff to her normal spell. so if they dont throw in a flashback of gaja or someone telling them about runes already we'll just have to imagine she did this after already doing some training in heart kingdom, the director yoshihara also said hes been taking lots of notes from what fans want to see and also will check up insanely fast with tabatas editor over lots of things to make sure something like this doesnt happen again
