Now this is hard. You can easily go off of animation/art/music/voice acting for all anime, but comparing one punch man and promised neverland for example will be pretty difficult. I guess you could compare how well it does in its purpose? Like how well one punch man is able to succeed as a comedy/satire of other anime and how well Promised Neverland succeeds at keeping tensions high and curve balling the audience. I don't know! We'll have to see what the community thinks
