Welp, i hope fairy tail is gonna be next poll. The series was dope, not as good as demon slayer even for me, but it was still dope, next season i heard is gonna be next level, esp character development, so we'll have to see how it goes.

why though? It's an AoT rip-off without any of the things that make AoT great. At least Demon Slayer refined the shonen tropes it used. Owari no Seraph is just a grab-bag of shonen tropes and plot threads that were popular at the time with yaoi fanservice thrown in for the female audience. It hasn't aged well at all. The only memorable thing about the anime is the soundtrack, and that's only because Hiroyuki Sawano worked on it.

A lot of people came into this show expecting another battle-shonen. Vinland Saga is a seinen, not a shonen. More emphasis is put on character growth and motivation, rather than flashy fights. Not to say Adonis didn't get the messages (he did), but since he only really reacts to shonen battle anime, the sudden shift to slower episodes with more time spent on mind-games and planning could be a factor. And as the last episode's title put it, this season was only the prologue. It was Askelaad's story, not Thorfinn.

Those 3 last characters are the pillars of Thorfinn's story, which hopefully they will continue, especially the last one. That is why they put so much more emphasis on him.It was a wink to the manga readers

I just love how Thor’s “true warrior” mantra resonates through out this anime and impacts and alters how certain major and minor characters view their lives. It’s like they’re reborn again. Thors died in episode 4 yet his legacy lived on, breathed life and gave meaning to those living frivolous lives. The theme of being a warrior of peace remained consistent from the start of the season right to the end when Thorfinn lets go of his father’s dagger. A theme that contradicted everything that the Viking culture stood for. Personally, my favorite anime of 2019. Can’t wait for season 2!

I mean, there's a reason no one talks about it. It's because it was one of many AoT rip-offs that were created simply to ride the coattails of AoT's success. When AoT shifted tones and delved into more seinen territory, Owari no Seraph and all the other copycat revenge stories where a hot-headed MC is going to "kill all the Titans/Vampires, Demons/Zombies/Oni" got left behind. Also, how does having two female leads make it better??? Do you base the quality of the anime you watch on the number of girls in it?

First off, I can care less of female or male or lead characters or how many are in it! Just the previous comment said it was a female main theme an it ain’t! Anyways just thought was a good one to react to, ain’t trying to say main details or rip offs it does cause I didn’t think it had a AOT feel at all! Sorry to say my opinion but yeah an also Fk Re Zero that shits to dumb an repeats same shit threw whole episodes besides like 10 if that cause all repeats!! Anyways it’s my Opinion so yeah Nuff Said kids

Idk if you realized but thorfinn saw askelad as a father figure he wasn’t just crying and lost cause he didn’t get to kill him it was like him losing Thors again it shows it when they did the all white background like when Thor’s had all the arrows in him

konosuba because its dumb fun and hilarious or food wars has great comedy, protagonist isn't a crybaby bitch like deku (fight me my hero is a cool anime but deku is garbage past s2) and has better and more hype "fights then most battle shonens

Well, this was released a while ago, but here we go. This series is one of the only 10/10 I have personally given, especially because it is only the prolouge to a greater story and maybe because my ancestors were vikings, but after watching this series reaction, I realized that it is perfectly fine for someone else to not think it is a 10, maybe more like an 8 in their opinion. The fact that people can come together and discuss series like this and have a good time even though they differ in opinion is a great thing. I will definitely be watching more reaction videos, I have a thing for those for some reason.
