OOOH THE HYPE IS REAL RIGHT NOW MAN, just a heads up that after next week's episode I think. The creator of Black Clover will be assisting in some eps tht are technically filler but will still sync with the new arc. It's due to the anime being so close to the manga.

Episode info list Finral declares war to Langris for head of house Vaude, also wanting to change his playboy ways. The Queen of Hearts has her mana zone covering the entire Kingdom and her power is said to rival the entire Magic Knights brigade all by her self, shes also said to be all-knowing and sees everythng in her kingdom. She mentions how she wants that power(astas devil) The Heart Kingdom was founded 1,200 years ago, every gen acting as priestess the queen makes a pledge with the water spirit and used the magic to protect the Kingdom. While doing so this allowed the Heart Kingdom to develop a country with deep mana, while using water and trees(nature) to keep unwanted out. Gaja was flying without using magic (Licht has been the only person we have ever seen with a feat like that) So seems like the other Kingdoms seem to use magic stages to rank strength, stage 9 is your lowest and 0 your highest. We found out already that Finral is stage 3, Mimosa also stage 3, Noelle is stage 1, Asta is stage 9, Gaja is stage 0(has true magic as well, rades also got this with true wraith magic). This episode shows how stages cant automatically determine if you win or lose a fight, like Nero says in this episode "ability alone isnt a true measure of our power". so stages seem more just like a good guesstimate of the power of the spell without taking into account the user of the spell or the teamwork to use them in different ways, like how finral uses mimosas guide spell to be able to see behind gaja and bring up a portal there
