Honestly I think you should watch 2 episodes at a time, the story isn't so complicated that an entire week is needed to digest it. Pausing every now and then should be enough, especially with these next two episodes where it's mostly fighting and not as plot heavy

Man you still didn't get that Eren eats his dad to turn into human - it was all explained in season 3 part 1 - Eren's dad was human titan so he turned his son into titan and let him eat himself
