It's not that they said his name wrong. It's that Hagya prefers being called Leol, as has been stated repeatedly throughout the show. But Ikalgo called him Hagya. There's no way that Hagya/Leol's servant, Flutter, whom Ikalgo was impersonating, would call him Hagya.

Man that look in Killua's eye. That feeling when you know you're losing someone you care about to the darkness. It's crazy cause Gon saved Killua from that same darkness.

Killua at the end there, one of the most badass one liners in the entire show. Especially given the context.

Gons detoriateing mental state is what so many people have referred to leading up to this point. His very nature that's normally good is pushing him in the wrong direction. How that works out we wont spoil but we can see the lead up to this breakdown many times on a rewatch of the show.

lol having seen a lot of reactors, I'd say about 80% of them don't give two shits about Komugi in episode 116. It's definitely cultural.
