Also she probably did the eye deal without even knowing how much life span she had. It might have not even affected her that much

So because the Shinigami saved her, her lifespan was extended with what the shinigami had left on his(could be hundreds of years who knows) and she made the deal for the eyes, but then again she doesnt know how much she has as Jon said.
