You inspect the photo. It's a photo of somebody standing in complete darkness. Who was this a photo of again?...

You don't remember who this was. But, you're recalling there's a reason the photo was taken in complete darkness ... yes ... they are AFRAID OF LIGHT. Whoever is in this photo is clearly most comfortable in the darkness.

You also look under the bed.

You found your BUG CAMERA! You were wondering where that went. It's a camera that you take pictures of bugs with. Can you take pictures of others things with it, besides bugs?

Yes.

Of course.

But why would you ever.

You exit your room and head to the kitchen. In the kitchen, you see this:

What a pleasant scene! It's your friends MIA and BLIZ having breakfast. They're having pancakes and tea. A slightly peculiar pairing, but forest critters such as yourself aren't known for "coffee parties." So, pancakes and tea it is.

You talk to them.

MIA says she's going to explore the DEEPHOUSE today. It's an area of the house that seems to stretch infinitely. As it goes on, the architecture gets increasingly more erratic and nonsensical. Point being, it could use some redecorating.

Normally this part of the house is off limits, but somebody went in there, and she can't just ignore that.

BLIZ, meanwhile, notices your BUG CAMERA. He wants to go outside to the prairie and see what BUGS you both can find. Don't scoff. You'd be surprised at how interesting bugs can be.

[ If you choose this option, MIA will still go to DEEPHOUSE, but not too far. She will be fine. ]

Shom is sick today.

Don't bother Shom.

And yet a third path beckons. The FAIRY'S CAVERN. The fairy is known for answering questions, and granting requests, but never without caveats. Also, if you choose to go to the FAIRY'S CAVERN today, you have to go alone. The fairy has strict rules about this.

You can only do one of these things, of course. So, what will be it be?
