Page Maintenance (Patreon)

I have been updating the Tier descriptions to add the WIP Gallery, and better track the benefits for commissions.
If you receive messages from Patreon about those changes, or see categories being added and deleted, do not worry as nothing major is changing.  
Patreon added a few new features that I am still working the bugs out of.
