Unfortunately I happen to read in the feedback from supporters who cancel their subscription that one of the main reasons is "I didn't receive the rewards or I couldn't find them".
I remind you that the rewards are not all released immediately but gradually. At the end of the month I draw up a calendar where you can see the dates on which the rewards (i.e. the illustrations) will be released depending on your subscription level.
