Hey! As you know by now, I'm still thinking about ways to make your Heavyweight subscription worthwhile, and I figured I would offer you this little gift : my personal prompts to make portraits of Yumi.

Now, I know that perhaps some of you aren't too into AI image generation, and perhaps some of you are even ethically opposed to it, which is absolutely understandable. As I explained earlier elsewhere, I use AI-generation to create reference images to send to artists I commission, so I had to become proficient with the tools at my disposal. While I do not believe it is a valuable skill in itself (and the people who pretend it is should not be trusted), it has helped me reach a better dialog with the artists I work with.

That said, if you have even a passive interest in image generation, I think you will enjoy this peek into my workflow.

---

The main tool I use is NovelAI image generation, so the prompts are going to be optimized for it. Still, I believe most of its content should be easily useable in any other AI software.

This is the raw, unedited prompt I used to generate the pictures you see in the image attached to this post.

Model : NAI Diffusion Anime V3
Sampler : Euler
Guidance : 9
Steps : 28

Prompt :

{{1girl, solo}}, {{{short muscular female}}}, {{{{23 (real xxiii)}}}}, {{kanta}}, bowalia, {soolee040995}, {{{goth girl}}}, {{{short girl}}}, {{{fair skin}}}, {{standing, halfbody}}, {{{thin black hair in a bob cut, {{short bangs}}, {{green peekaboo hair}}, tiny skull hairpin on the left bang}}}, {{pink eyes, looking at viewer, eyeliner}}, {{black choker, silver cross earrings}}, {{{detailed face, young face, mascara}}}, {{{green long nails}}}, {{{big smile teeth}}}, {{{completely orange sports bra}}}, {{medium large round breasts}}, {{{pushed-up cleavage, skindentation}}}, {{{bare shoulders}}}, {{exposed stomach, six pack abs}}, {{{low skin tight black yoga pants, stripe, hip bones, {lean hips}, muscular thighs}}}, {{black sports watch}}, {{{{uzaki hana, hayase nagatoro}}}}, {{{blank white background}}}, {{broad muscular shoulders, detailed lean muscular arms}}, {{{{petite}}}}, {{{close-up}}},

Undesired Content :

Worst quality, very displeasing, bad image, lowres, low quality, normal quality, logo, watermark, letters, words, halftone, forehead, multiple hairpins, colored skin, pointing self, weapon, spiked collar, tanlines, pendant, two watches, wristband, blue skin, tanned skin,

---

Of course, I keep tweaking and editing this prompt all the time to get the best results I can get, so feel free to do the same to get different results.

For example, replace the {halfbody} tag with a {fullbody} tag to get a Yumi generated from head-to-toe, and add a {white sneakers} tag to have canon-accurate footwear.

Now, I highlighted some tags in bold : those are artist tags and are a highly sensitive issue that I recognize. Those artists most likely would rather NOT be used in AI generation, so the ethical question is raised again here, and I hesitated for some time to share those specific tags with you, because I am conscious they are a form of direct disrespect to those artists. Feel free to remove them, or edit them in any way you feel comfortable with.

Again, I usually use these tags only for private communication with artists when commissioning. I stopped using AI-generated images on social media and in promotional material for this very reason. I have no choice but to trust you guys to maturely handle this information on your own. Just...don't be a dick to artists, alright?

Do your best to respect the craft, and encourage the artists themselves whenever you can (donate to their Ko-Fi, buy their doujinshi on sites like DL-Site, etc). Not only do I commission artists to make art for my games, but I also buy stories and games from other creators as well. Money talks : encourage the artists if you want to see more of their material, it's simple as that.

Sorry about the moralizing tone of this post. I am really nervous about delving too deep into the AI-generation matter so openly, and I hope you understand my reservations.

Still, I also hope you've enjoyed this little gift to you. If this post is well received, I might repeat the experience and share prompts for other characters in the future. Let me know what you thought of it in the comments or in DMs, as usual.

I think its a great thing to use when trying to convey what you are looking for. Picture is worth a thousand words and all that.

I also think you exercise caution in using this tool and use it to give real artists a direction, not to steal their work. This is the best use of the tool in my opinion!
