A quick update to keep you all in the loop of the latest developments for the Bunny Girl game.

I've just finished the touches for a second minigame, where you fight against Jazmine so she doesn't break your arm. I'm taking my time to make sure the game is better than the first one (the one you've tried in the latest update) and that the user experience is better (smoother, slower, more easily understandable). The things I am learning from that second minigame will have to be implemented in the first game as well, to make the entire experience more unified.

Right now the game exists in its own scene without context, so I'll need to write a few more scenes to lead up to it before I can let you guys play it. Hopefully, it will be worth the wait.

I also have the idea to implement a 'Practice' mode so you guys can play the minigames outside of the story, to get better at it, and implement difficulty levels (shorter timeframes to react, etc.). But all of that will take time.

On another note, I've changed the subscription billing method from 'monthly on the 1st of the month' to 'monthly on the first day you subscribed'. It felt more logical that way, and Patreon did not offer it right away when I created the account. I hope this does not create any errors or weird situations on your billing.

Is there any way to play on macOS?

Unfortunately, the software I use necessitates an Apple Dev ID to make MacOS builds, and I do not have access to such an ID. I was told by another Patron that you can play the game on a Mac through Google Chrome using a local HTTP server, just open the index.html file through the browser and it should work. I do not have plans to acquire an Apple Dev ID anytime soon, since I do not own a Mac and do not have the finances for it. I would understand if this was a dealbreaker for you.

instead of the shattering bone as if it were glass… why not represent it simpler? Just dislocated and separating at the elbow

That is simply because I’ve been asked to do the opposite more often. So far, the opinion of players seemed to be that they wanted a more dramatic break effect, with clear and impactful visual and audio feedback. That is my tentative answer to them.
