This was my second shoot with Jorja, who lives in the middle of the Wiltshire countryside, so locations that aren't fields or forests are a little limited. We started the shoot in a disused barn near where she lives, just using natural light. but then jumped in the car to go to this location. I'm not sur why I had packed the black suit, as it's not something I would normally take to a shoot in a rural location, but I am glad I did as we feel it worked really well with this steel bridge.

For lighting, I wanted something with more pop than natural light, so I used by Interfit Badger Unleashed. The great thing about this light is that it has a High Speed Sync mode, although when used it does lead to a drop in light power. Add this to it also being a little too breezy for a softbox, and I decided to use just a standard reflector with no grid or diffusion. I don't often use a hard light source, but I feel the harder shadows really add to the editorial fashion vibe.

Camera settings were: f/3.5; 1/1600s; ISO 100
