BIG Changes Ahead: Enhancing GGAdams Factory and Patreon Experience (Patreon)

Hi adventurers,

It's almost been a year since I started GGAdams Factory on Gumroad and my Patreon journey. Over this time, I've gained valuable insights into Patreon's evolution and my content creation process. I'm excited to share some upcoming improvements with you, aiming to enhance your experience and enable me to produce more engaging content, which I currently find challenging. I'm dividing these updates into three parts: GGAdams Factory V2, Patreon Benefits Rework, and Improved Mega Folder Management.

1. GGADAMS FACTORY V2 - REWORK

So for the Factory I had different difficulties which explain why it takes so long making a product. When making a character like 2B for example, you have first the model itself, but also all the outfits and character variations, then the NGS version and the vanilla skin version which I think is a great add for consumers (for 2B, it means 16 character cards!), then making the studio scene, the graphics, the poses, the renders, the previews, thumbnails, and then the post with as much mod links I can find and all the information details.

Here are the two options I'm considering:

• Option 1: Lowering quality slightly to meet deadlines more consistently, even if it means fewer improvements or fixes.
• Option 2: Reducing the amount of content (e.g., fewer outfits, no maps, or character variations) to focus on creating higher-quality models efficiently. The idea is to prioritize character quality over additional content. To decide which content to include, you can vote for the aspects that interest you most below.

2. PATREON BENEFITS REWORK

To improve content accessibility, I'm considering reorganizing downloadable content. Scrolling or searching for old scenes and missed outfits can be challenging. Inspired by GetDownCrazy's suggestion, I plan to create one mega folder for each tier. This way, you can download all the content in one go, with multiple passwords (one for each tier).

• Tier 1 (Heroic Supporter): Will now receive the Factory outfit benefit, which was previously exclusive to Tier 2.
• Tier 2 (Legendary Supporter): Tier 2 now gets the previous Tier 3 Factory benefit, which includes the studio scene and Tier 1 benefits too.
• Tier 3 (Mythical Supporter): The biggest upgrade! Tier 3 will have the new Factory character benefit, along with all lower-tier content, essentially providing you with an Ultimate Pack.
• Tier 4 (Factory Commission): This new VIP tier will receive all the benefits of Tier 3 and gain the privilege of choosing a character remake for the VIP list (with one character from the public list and one from the VIP list).

These new tiers offer you the opportunity to have your favorite characters featured without limitations from public polls. Additionally, early access content will now be available approximately one month ahead, enhancing the supporter experience.

3. BETTER MEGA CONTENT MANAGEMENT

Something I would like to improve too is the downloadable content. It may not be easy to have to scroll or find some old scenes or even outfits you may have missed out. So the idea that I got from GetDownCrazy is to have one mega folder for each tier so that you can download all the content in once instead. Which means that the last tier would have access to all the mega folders content with multiple password (one for each tier).
