Hey guys sorry this took so long, I've just been having bad migraines all weekend from my accident I talked about it a bit on my JJK reaction intro. It was honestly hard mentally for me to edit these videos because I recorded them the morning before my accident. BUT I plan on watching ep 1088 tomorrow and I will have that reaction up on Monday!

actually Yamato voice actress already confess that the reason Yamato can't be a part of Straw Hat Pirates due to her commitment. Saori Hayami (Yamato VA) has a lot of other anime projects, so obviously she can't have any commitments strict to one anime. just imagine if Yor Forger, Shinobu Kochou etc have different VA just because the original VA focus only on Yamato character in One Piece. I got this info from my friend who works in anime media industry.

That's nonsense. A mangaka can't limit himself or his story by the availability of voice actors. It's a completely different medium. Just think of all the implications that has to the story. If there was any truth to that, the "anime media industry" would also know that and cast someone who has an available schedule.

BTW, when it comes to Catarina Devon's (the woman on Blackbeard's crew) comment about wanting to take Hancock's head as her "treasure", remember that her epithet is that of the "Crescent Moon Hunter". How she earned that moniker and why she was sent to Impel Down in the first place (before escaping) was by hunting and beheading any woman who was more beautiful than her and collecting their severed heads as trophies that she proudly displays in her quarters (most likely having them stuffed and mounted on her walls). Considering that she has a serious case of butterface, I can only imagine just how huge her "collection" is...

that's why Yamato's character can't have any longer screentime. unlike One Piece main cast, all the VA just limit their schedules more to One Piece than others. as of now, Yamato's VA currently on high demand by many studios... she's even close enough to break Hanazawa Kana (current top female VA) dominance. Oda also respect her opinion to not be tied down any longer with long series anime One Piece.

Not sure if anyone let you know after you finished Wano. Oda put out a statement after he finished Wano in the manga essentially saying that now is when the story really starts... so welcome to the start of One Piece

I'm sorry but I don't believe that Oda didn't add Yamato to crew because the va is busy, that just does not make sense for any mangaka to do that for the sake of a va, if that was the case then they can just change the va and carry on the anime as usual.

That is all just completely made up. Whoever is cast as the VA for a character has zero impact on a manga. It is Oda's decision on that. Nobody else's.

This makes absolutely no sense. A manga artist would not change their story due to some unforseen change in the anime cast. An anime would easily just recast the part if needed.
