I think Ruby died at 12, so ya noticeably younger than 16 Also, I personally don't think the director is anything more than heartbroken, perhaps he feels guilty for not protecting her, and also the dome concert was his big dream. Based on the scene when he was with Ai in the hospital he genuinely didn't know who the father was. There's no way he could be the father in my mind. He definitely knew the address Ai was at, so there would have been no need for the scene where Ai calls their father and tells him their address. So there is definitely a person we most likely haven't even seen yet that is the guilty party

There was no way that Aqua wouldn't change after Ai's death. He literally watched his mother get stabbed, and then die while holding him. Even having the previous life's experience, that has to be traumatis.

Queen Bee is always good regardless if they do an opening or ending. I always thought this was how Episode one might have gone but they definitely did the best thing to hook everyone.

I feel you when you say Ruby and Ai are a bit similar in there own way…though what makes ruby so much more unique is the fact that she has more than motion and feel to her situation…Ai on the other hand was always so positive and no matter how hard the her situation was she would never lose that smile on her face including in her last moments…as for Aqua you noticed how before Ai died he thought of Idols so highly and talked great about them but now he pretty much became more emo and started somewhat resenting them

i think in Ai's case, she had a bad childhood with abusive parents so she learned to wear a mask and lie about what she feels. she may be smiling all the time but she knew herself that she was lying alot and much of her smile is simply a mask she used to make her way in life.

i'm not getting feels for this show, teared up when the old lady almost died in black clover tho lol i thought they caught the killer ??? i really hope its not a highschool setting/story line. I loved the Intro more than the ending theme

The killer committed suicide, the mystery is how this killer, a student without any special abilities, got his hands on the tightly kept secrets that is Ai's last name, that was never made public, her getting pregnant and having twins, her being in that one specific hospital or her new address. It's most likely that someone fed him those information and the most likely suspect is their father. (I mean it happened basically just after showing us how Ai contacted the father and gave him their new address)

Aqua is after the one who set up the murder not the murderer. And its not a huge spoiler or anything but the High School setting really takes a back seat. its much more about the ins and outs of the entertainment industry as a whole. The stuff in the first episode with Aqua and the Director is a hint of what take the focus in the immediate future.
