The ending is confusing, but I'm assuming that when they were going to collide at the end Luffy reach his limit and was instantly sent flying. Or at least I believe that's what the animation was trying to portray. iirc they dont even show that moment in the manga, they just cut to Luffy falling.

I genuinely think everything after the red Roc clash was Kaido hallucinating which is why Luffy just “disappeared” at the end and u see him falling while unconscious. Idk how much of that is fueled by me reading the manga but yeah.

I think it was just Kaido hallucinating Luffy still fighting him. He was so fired up he didn't realize Luffy already lost

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Kaido was hallucinating after that Red Roc. Not 100% certain. Oda didn't show this fight up until the very end in the manga. So I would imagine that's what it was.

kaido saw luffy keep getting up so he began to just go all out and luffy got confident with is new haki at the end luffy was not able to maintain it and got send flying by kaido when its haki got weaker that is what i believe happen here ,

i think the last hit from kaido was just so fast and strong that it looked look luffy teleported but in reality he got hit really hard

as kaido swung luffy lost consciousness and kaido's haki threw him off the roof

from what I concluded is that Kaido knocked luffy off earlier in the episode was shadowboxing "luffy" this whole time until he realized he was no longer there

I think Kaido blacked out thinking he was still fighting luffy and then at the last second he came back n realized luffy was already falling, idk when he blacked out and started hallucinating but I'm pretty sure it was when he and luffy clashed for the last time, after that he was hallucinating that him and luffy were going hit for hit. I don't know for sure but that's what i think, so up until 23:40 was real and after that last clash everything was hallucination.
