That was an advanced conqueror's haki punch from BM, she infused her fist with conqueror's haki. This application provides such an immense boost in power, it allowed Luffy to clash evenly against Kaidou, the man known as the strongest living creature in the world; he was able to strike Kaidou without making physical contact with him and even deal him damage, whereas his earlier use of advanced Busoshoku-enhanced attacks were "too shallow" and had no significant effect. Luffy was also able to use this application to deflect Kaidou's kanabo with a kick, whereas the best he could do with his highly trained Busoshoku was barely block a strike from the kanabo with both arms, and his arms were left in pain afterwards. All users so far are extremely skilled in Busoshoku Haki, which can also be used in conjunction with Haoshoku infusion to augment their overall effectiveness. The advanced Busoshoku application of damaging objects without making physical contact with them has often been seen with people using Haoshoku infusion, but it should not be taken as a sign of Haoshoku infusion by itself, as it has been shown that infused objects can make physical contact with what they strike

Just so you understand why nobody keeps hitting Kaido when he is on the ground, its just that he never actually keeps laying on the ground. Its just the Anime pacing that makes it look like he is knocked out everytime he is on the floor, but he actually gets up really fast.

Nah, that's Super Saiyan Luffy according to Jami. She has long given up thinking, she is looking at One Piece with her understanding of Dragon Ball Z. In her cognition, the plot has nothing to do with haki. Jami's POV: It's actually pretty simple.... He's yellow, he power-up, so he's a Super Saiyan. Considering that she almost never watched Dragon Ball, but watched Dragon Ball Z directly at the beginning, the impression of that Super Saiyan could not be changed. Its kinda cute.
