starting in this episode, I think this season will be more focus on Ishigami's love story since he said "Ultra romantic" which indicates in the main title of this season (Kaguya-sama: Love is War -Ultra Romantic-) & even in the OP have the appearances from Ishigami's acquaintances.

Small fact: The whole Kaguya telling Ishigami to make Tsubame his is a direct reference to the tale of Princess Kaguya, where she gives her 5th suitor named Isonokami (written the same as Ishigami in Japanese) the impossible task of obtaining a swallow's cowry (tsubame no koyasu-gai)
