Operation savage guardian is actually based of savage garden, an Australian pop duo. Also I don’t really understand why they have to change some of these names, like weather report and kiss, these are very general words. I guess they just don’t want to take any risks of copyright, the music world is an asshole with copyright. I also knew you’d fall in love with weather report the moment you saw him, he has such a cool introduction, the anime did him a lot of justice 🥵 Also fun fact, the pink haired guy originally appeared as a woman in his first manga appearance but Araki later changed him into a men. So the anime just kept his gender as a male right off the bat.

Weather Report is a jazz fusion band so that's why the censoring occurred, they just don't wanna take the risk I guess.

Weather Report is a jazz fusion band. Pretty mellow and most of their stuff sounds like it's from the Jojo OST. Jumping Jack Flash is a song by The Rolling Stones.
