On average, an anime episode is about 20min long (excluding the opening/ending). The Demon Slayer movie was just about 2hrs long (120min). They are making 7 episodes covering the entire movie again which is about 140min of content. Take away the 120min covering the entire movie and you only have about 20min left of new content to make (which was already covered by the very first of the seven episodes). Basically, what I'm saying is that there most likely won't be any new content beyond that very first episode, and the last two episodes before the new arc begins will just be two parts covering the Rengoku vs. Akaza fight. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if they give a little snippet or few seconds teaser showing parts of the next arc...
