Oh no I hope my comment on Lancer's name wasn't the thing that was a spoiler! I swear they say his name in episode 5. :'( But either way I'm glad you uploaded this today! I was waiting for it all day lol. I was about to go to bed then I got the notification. Also Rider ordering that shirt as Iskandar, King of Conquerors is great xD

You caught on to Gil sounding sexual to Kirei because it's likely he was being such to him. The creator years after Fate came out and revealed many characters as LGBT and Gil is one of them and he likes both men & women.

I'm not surprised. When it comes to Gil I kinda feel it's not even about sexuality and lust, but more about dominance. Gil is the kind of gluttonous character who takes and does what he wants simply because he can. He's a king of kings, everything already belongs to him.

The Fate zero manga is very graphic and brutal you wouldn't want to know what Ryounosuke does to kids. Caster put an endurance or mental spell on the kids so they can be alive consciously while being tortured. It's pretty fucked up and gruesome. The kid in episode 2 was eaten alive and inn the manga it showed him being torn apart by the demon starfishes which the anime censored. Fate zero is a dark as it gets but it's great!

The reason Kayneth stared at Lancer's mole (aka his love spot) is because in his legend/myth it's his love spot which makes women fall in love with him. He was wary of that in regards to his fiance. As a servant it becomes a personal skill that does just that, but Saber resisted it because the Saber class has high baseline magic resistance and hers is also strong in general.

All these heros are actual people or atleast legends from the past. Saber king Arthur Lancer was famous french night i believe. Rider is Alexander the great, caster i dont know much about, archer is Gilgamesh is the oldest heroic tale from ancient Babylon. The assassins were a real group i believe and berserker is a spoiler so i wont say.
