Hey guys sorry things haven’t been posting. But I have been recording more reactions like Fairy Tail, Higehiro etc.

Basically everytime it’s quiet I’m using it as a chance to record videos.

Sadly they cannot kick out my neighbors because of this renters protection going on from the pandemic (which doesn’t even apply to them it’s bullshit)

Anyways my leasing office sent them a letter. I’m not sure what it said but hopefully things will be more chill.

But I have videos that will be uploaded tonight. I will be recording videos throughout the day while they are gone.

Honestly the people above me are the worst. The fact my building can’t do anything almost encourages them to be complete ass holes. I’m just hoping after this letter it gets better. Time will tell.

Also PS NEVER LIVE ON FIRST FLOOR you might get stuck in my situation however I’ve lived on first floor 3 other times and never had issues.

I am pretty sure you might have tried but how about you file a complaint against them again and this time(if you haven’t) give them a recording of your neighbours being loud

I have. Many times. I kept all of them documented but they’ve received about 5 verbal warnings by now. And a 3 day notice letter… and many phone calls. They also told my building manager they won’t stop because their children need to play. But it’s become their children and the adults stomping around dropping things sliding chairs… its actually insane the amount of noise they produce

Why live in a shared building when you are not willing to have any noise be made around you... so ironic and stupid. Dude that majorly bites but I can definitely relate because I had a similar issue my freshman year of college with the neighbors that were not only above Mr but also next door to me. Luckily the RA of my floor and the floor above got them stop before things escalated too far. I hope that things improve for you soon 🙏🙏🙏. Also, no need to apologize, unfortunately these things happen when you have neighbors like that. Doesn't matter if they are above, below, across, or next to you, it passes you off just the same sadly.

That seriously sucks I know that feeling all too well i have suffered from the sound of loud musik from my neighbors in both my apartment and allotment hut for over 7 years.😱

some folks are just stubborn to the bone, even if you're as polite n accommodating as can be it's as if they'll take advantage of that. it sucks things are going like that, I'd assume all us here are mature enough to get it regarding any content being on some mini hiatuses etc. hopefully a change happens for the better soon. heck even if we do hear em in the background causing a ruckus I can say for 1, I wouldn't be bothered like that. That would be childish, as life ish happens lol.

Apartments suck, thats the exact reason me and my buds rent a house instead. I grew up in cali and yes its expensive af here but its worth it when you got room mates as friend helping eachother out. Maybe consider renting a house with friends? I can say its far way better than living in an apartment even if the rent is more expensive.

Next time I guess it will be the wild safari's animals wreaking havoc near ur apartment, right Jamie? Like ok, I can empathize with you up to a certain extent and point, but honestly, while all these ''innocent looking creeps'' are being so obnoxious by telling you that it's alright and all that jazz, I am gonna speak the reality for me and the people who may think the same as me, but simply are too scared because of all these nonchalant subs who pollute ur community so much by their excessive sugarcoatings that they do on u, like seriously.... I mean I trust you for having all these issues (even though a gut feeling tells me it's something else, but I'll go with that this time) but Jamie, I am pretty sure they don't produce noises 24 hrs/day, it's just that you go out with your bf, friends, family or whomever and you only wanna dedicate a certain amount of time to youtube and editing and at that exact time they also seem to be at their ''peak'' of energies where they go crazy all over the house as you describe. Try to find a different time to go out and do your other chores and be more flexible with youtube and editing, I mean this is getting out of hand at this point... we've all been waiting for you to at least wrap up this latest fairy tail arc and it feels like centuries since u actually made some progress with the poor anime... like you finished bleach in record time and this is gonna take eons until you reach its climax (that many people know what I am talking about but I don't wanna spoil). In short, try to find better solutions or if it's that bad... as some other intellectual and realist people suggested, grab the keys for a new house, it's tough but that's life. If you wanna keep a business alive, you gotta sacrifice a tad few of things at times.

Are you looking at Patreon on a phone or computer? On a computer browser you can see the titles of locked posts even if you aren't in the right tier to actually view the content, so you can see what you are missing. Right now she has Higehiro and Magi, and just finished in July Shield Hero and Overlord (a few other series wrapped up before the June cutoff, Koikimo and Nagatoro). I don't 100% know what tier they are in, but she should also be starting Fate, Slime, and Tanya this month, and I'm pretty sure those should be Senpai tier as well.
