Hey guys so I recorded the rest of my Reactions ( 2 ep and 2 ep)

I just had a question.

I was told to not watch the movie yet until the GMG arc is over.  I assumed it was going to end in two episodes but we left off at a cliffhanger for the season final.

So if not after I post the reactions I will do an opening reaction and the reaction to OVA 6 before I continue with the series.

Im a bit behind on uploads because all of the shows I for the reactions I recorded in the past two days didn't record the episode audio so I have to go through and play out the episode again and sync it to my screen recording. -_-

I watched the first FT movie before the GMG arc and I didn’t get spoiled. So I’d say go ahead an watch it.

The GMG arc isn't over yet. It will carry on in the next season

Isnt it better to place the ova's and the movie after the arc so its not interrupting the ongoing flow ?

I'd say watch it after the GMG because FT movies are not fillers. It's like an arc and is mentioned later on the series so just do the OPs and the OVA like you said and after the GMG then watch the movie. But you can do whatever you want I'm fine with that 😁

Since you’re literally still in the middle of the GMG arc it only makes sense to watch the movie after you finished the arc. And tbh OVA 6 is super random and not even canon to the manga unlike OVA 4 and 5 so I’d watch that after GMG too

So the current full arc with the Gmg ends roughly episode 26 or 27 of fairy tail series 2 according to Crunchy roll

phoenix pristess was released in japan in 2012. so basically around episode 125, Episode 175 was released in 2013. I can not remember all of it but i doubt you can not watch it. I highly doubt they would spoiler anything future arcs. What you can not watch however is the second Movie Dragon Cry

The movie should wait until after 219. It's a little bit of a wait but it actually can fit into the story at this point. There is also something that is in the movie that is not in the show yet. I don't want to say because of spoilers. I'd also wait to watch OVA 6 and 7 for this time period as well because they can slot right in without interrupting the main story.

One of the reasons for the season to end in the middle of the arc is because episode 175 aired in march (2013), and The GMG was still ongoing in the manga at that time. I belive it’s one of Fairy Tail’s longest arcs.

Omg lol she must be mad confused right now It's ok to watch up to OP-14 as well as OVA 6 (tho you will see the new animation before starting the new season) As for the movie it's ok to watch now I recently rewatched the movie and it doesn't spoil anything tbh but it is also ok to watch it after GMG arc it's best you decide instead of getting confused

A good place to watch the first FT movie and OVAs 6-7 is anytime between episode 201 and episode 227, from what I’ve seen. A lot of people watch the movie shortly after 201. You’ve still got a while to go before GMG is over

imo you can watch the movie at anytime after episode 125 ( even google tells you that if you searched ) since the movie is kinda a spin off not sure about the OVAs

The movie definitely takes place before the GMG because Juvia hasn't changed her hairstyle yet

I would say that the movie fits best after the GMG due to the look of the guild hall. Juvia could always change her hair for a short period of time that the movie takes place but a building is a little different. Also, if we are going by hair then Macao and Wakaba have their pre time skip hair so many people's looks are all over the place.

Actually it doesn't matter/spoil much and you can watch it after the first episode of the next season for better context. Otherwise you'd have to wait until after episode 90 of next season to avoid all references/spoilers for the final arc/season.

I remember watching this weekly way back 2013 or 14, and was confused. Because, they stopped airing. But they just took a break or something. Maybe for the movie

Just know that fairy tail op 1 is the most iconic and it represents fairy tail. Just like one piece op 1 is the most iconic for one piece.

The 1st movie aired in japan August 18, 2012, where as episode 175 aired March 30, 2013. Fairy Tail: Phoenix Priestess the movie does not spoil the the grand magic games, in fact i am not sure how much cannon they show in that movie. Movie 2 on the other hand will spoil the last season and is best to watch after ftz. I hope this helps.

Nah bro don't even ask....now because of her established/asserted all-encompassing power by her white warriors of the mighty (in litters world) round table, we gotta follow by her rules. She gives an update and we're supposed to wait another week for it to actually drop (maybe 1 always maybe, in case we're lucky, coz usually it's 2-3). Hope it clarifies you out and all those other peeps that were being so cool with this whole situation, there's your answer, no need to prolong further on that.
