Regarding Inumaki's speech power. It is very risky, because it's based on both how strong he is and his opponent. But also how drastic the command is. If something goes wrong, the command could blowback on himself. So saying something like "Die" is way too risky. He might die himself by saying it even. Because the command is so demanding.
